Welcome to Turbo Hills. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking any tour, cab, permit, or travel-related service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all domestic and international travellers booking services originating from Bagdogra, Siliguri, Sikkim, or North Bengal.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Final confirmation details, including itinerary, hotel names, and vehicle details, will be shared via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.

2. Payments & Pricing

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Advance payment is mandatory to block hotels, vehicles, and permits.
• Balance payment must be cleared before or upon arrival, as informed during booking.
• Prices may change due to fuel hikes, permit fees, taxes, or unforeseen operational costs.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and supplier policies.
• Hotel, vehicle, and permit cancellations may carry non-refundable components.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Permits & Documents

Certain destinations in Sikkim and North Bengal (such as Nathula Pass, Lachung, Lachen, and Zero Point) require government permits. It is the traveller’s responsibility to provide valid ID proofs in advance. Permits are subject to weather, government rules, and local authority approvals.

5. Changes in Itinerary

Turbo Hills reserves the right to modify or alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, natural calamities, political disturbances, or any circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

6. Hotels & Transportation

• Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by hotel policies.
• Vehicles are provided strictly as per itinerary and point-to-point basis.
• Air-conditioning may be switched off in hilly areas for safety reasons.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Turbo Hills acts solely as a travel facilitator. We are not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, loss of belongings, flight delays, natural disasters, or any unforeseen incidents during the trip.

8. Health & Safety

Travellers are advised to assess their physical fitness before visiting high-altitude destinations. Turbo Hills will not be responsible for altitude sickness, medical emergencies, or health-related issues during the tour.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour or using any service provided by Turbo Hills, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions.
